The Rasengan itself sux... but the Naruto I think turned out pretty well ^^a friend of mine at school sais it perfect... thou i doubt it..

my feedback for you is:
its clear to me that you're still just starting out and I'd say you're off to an amazing start! Since its so early I don't think it'll be all that helpful if I give you specific advice, but in general practice a lot and try to start being a bit more loose and sketchy with your lines. Clean lines are good an all, but if you focus on them it makes it harder to take the bigger illustration into consideration. The most important thing for you is to draw as much as you can and you'll see a lot of improvement,

much better than the rasengan in the manga... there its just a circle with a bunch or swirly lines inside
