You don't ! These guys are life prisoners, murderers, this armor is their "mobile" prison, it's welded around them. Look at the intro cinematic here

I have to correct you since that isn't right. For example Jim Raynor has no problem getting out of his armor suit. Only tychus has it permanently sealed on him for the special mission given to him. And in starcraft2 jim or matt even asks him why he is still in his armor even though theyre allready at hyperion.

Mmmmhhh.... you're right, maybe only the regular "blue" prisoner's suits are welded, I just finished SC2 a few days ago, I need to investigate that point...
