perhaps it opens like an exo-suit, cus Tycus was locked in his, i would imagine any of the Marines who were "Drafted" would have similar situations, but Raynor was a free man, and they never say how long it takes him to get ready for a fight so who knows

yes, it is. tycus weared that suit as a prison cell, that is what we see at the movie. but we saw jim raynor at the game in several times with marine suit and without marine suit. so, it is possible getting out from it. but how?

You don't ! These guys are life prisoners, murderers, this armor is their "mobile" prison, it's welded around them. Look at the intro cinematic here

I have to correct you since that isn't right. For example Jim Raynor has no problem getting out of his armor suit. Only tychus has it permanently sealed on him for the special mission given to him. And in starcraft2 jim or matt even asks him why he is still in his armor even though theyre allready at hyperion.
