OC for [OPEN] Create an OC (Palette) ~ 1200 pointsCONTEST
The objective of this contest is to create a character with one of the following palette sets
(I've included basic shades of the base color for a guideline, if necessary. Feel free to totally disregard these shades and utilize the hue to your heart's extent if that's your coloring style. But remember, the base colors on the first row of each palette are mandatory.)
