Not really. However, I personally like to make them. I think it's neat because then other people can get use out of them. So, I tend to really like when other people do them, too.

I used to make emoticons for an Irish forum a while back (no longer active) and I have kept them in a folder on my computer since then. When I found this site I thought maybe it's a way to show my emoticons once more. But I am uploading them in small amounts, rather than all at once. This one however is new C:
