The program I'm using is called CLIP STUDIO and I usually use the flat oil paint brush which is downloadable for the CS users.

My god the way you incorporated all these different scenes into a single image; and the way its PAINTED so BEAUTIFULLY <333!! This is outstanding, and I really have to say, you have instantly gained a spot in my mind as one of if not THE best HT artists I have yet seen o-o

I do almost everything on CLIP STUDIO then finish up and add some effects using Adobe Photoshop Elements. Before I use CLIP STUDIO I was using Fire Alpaca as the main program.
