Oh, I know who it is...
This isn't Muffet, deary. This was the Spider Queen of the Ruins, who had died before the main story of Frisk/Chara.
You know how those spiders are saving up the money from the sales of those baked goods? They're doing that because they need to get to Muffet, the only other Spider Queen in the Underground so that they can regain the usual strength they had when the Spider Queen of the Ruins was around (Strength Boosts).
Our main protagonist must have killed this Spider Queen in self-defense, causing the Spider Bake Sale to occur in the first place.
Which means...
This story doesn't take place instead of the Undertale Story, this story takes place BEFORE IT!!!
I'm catching onto you real quick, aren't I. You've actually paid attention to the little details in the game!!!
