Boards of Canada is a Scottish electronic music act. A lot of their tracks are a blend of downtempo trip-hop style with samplings and nostalgic feeling of 1970s documentaries by the National Film Board of Canada (hence their name).

When I saw your pic, I also saw the music. It's hard to explain. Like a synaesthesic feel.
