Interesting design, looks part eel, part octopus, with mandibles and wing-like dorsal fins that are very togetic/dunsparce. It seems a bit streamlined for high pressure depths, but lower gravity might reduce those issues. The bloaty area on its front also looks very uncomfortable. Either way, this is a neat creature. What size would it be?

wow! you are very observant. I did want to give it a more ribbony streamlined shape similar to that of a viperfish or oarfish (both dwelling in deep high pressure depths by the way) not for quick movement, but for silently drifting along, luring its prey with the bioluminescent esca on its sides, and then lashing out with its long squid like appendages. As for the "bloaty area", it is actually its large stomach, used for storing large amounts of food. Digesting would probably take it a while, so after a good catch, it would lay low until it was hungry again. as far as size goes, it would most likely be somewhere around 40-60 centimeters. thank you for commenting, and I hope this was a good enough answer for you!
