A member of the Mercenaries' Association's Extended Operations Team, Mikoto is a calculative sorceress with a heart as cold as the ice she conjures with her specialized ice-elemental staff. But despite her abrasive nature, she's a competent and skilled magic-user who does her job efficiently and cleanly. I wanted to create a mage character with a more focused magical arsenal. I ended up choosing ice due to her color palette. Black and white looked pretty good and her cold pale blue eyes give a very strong feeling of an ice-mage. I also give her thigh boots instead of thigh high socks to give her her own fashion identity, but keep the aesthetic theming of long legwear for the sorceress types.
