Calesta has always been closely acquainted with Death. Lifetimes spent knowing and accepting that he would always be beside her after that day at the witch trials that damned her soul and the descendants of the wicked. Accepting Death as a welcomed guest wasn't an easy task, but in this lifetime she began to realize he was never really there to help nor harm her, but could serve her well if used wisely. An asset, certainly, Death proved to be. Calesta began to grow closer and fonder of this essence...Life and death now seeming like nothing more than one being perceived as two. When he is glad to take her, Calesta will surely follow Death loyally as he had for her.

I love Calesta. She is a tragic character, but she doesn't see herself that way and sometimes I don't either. I find myself slowly transitioning from Theodrane to Calesta...I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not. I still love you Theo! I-I...it's not you, it's me...honest.
