Vision:
The vision is really great! I really have nothing to say e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> the background is a bit blurry and kinda mixed-up, but rather than that, it's really great. the flower itself is really clear and the colors are lively and they're looking beautiful e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h… " width="15" height="13" alt="" title="Heart"/>

Originality:
I see sunflower photos like this all the time. The sunflower is in the corner and only one half is showing. Classic. BUT, what's different about yours is that, most artists either give the flower bright, lively colors and make the background lively and bright too; or they give the flower a darker color and they make the background dark and kinda gloomy too. What you did was this, the petals of the flower are a really lively shade of yellow, but the background and the purple blotch in the middle of the flower are kinda dark, so you mixed up both concepts and it looks different and original like that! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Was that your intention, or is it just a coincidence? Technique:
I don't really have something to say about your technique. I know you're a fan of square photos, and I quite like them too. Maybe if the length of the edges were a bit more equal, then that'd be better in my opinion, if you want to do it in a square format. Impact:

Beautiful shot. I love how the center of the flower is purple which highlights the background's purple. Nicely detailed.
