Description
While I was discussing with a friend about what the four Relics can possibly do, I couldn't help but think about what can be done with two Relics together and then I chose to summarize each combination with a single word as best as I could. But first I'll go over what I think the actual Relics can do (except for Knowledge which we already know).

Creation: Creates whatever the user wants given data on the creation's composition. The data can come from the user's prior knowledge or a sample of the material. As such, the staff can easily be used to replicate what already exists especially if one is provided while using the Relic.

Choice: Allows the user to see every possible outcome and path that can be taken in response to one "what-if" question per century. (Only once is fair enough because of the breadth of all the possible futures.)

Destruction: The sword will destroy whatever its wielder wants but at the expense of the latter's life force. The tougher an enemy is, the more life the sword drains when used against the former, but it will destroy it without fail. A suicide attack is not hard to imagine with this Relic.

Given the above, two combinations are already very ideal:

1. Productivity (Creation * Knowledge): Jinn can provide the wielder every detail and dimension of the desired creation, allowing it to be created in the highest quality and possibly even a mass production of it! And even if the staff is limited to how many things it can create, it may be possible for people to recreate it themselves from just one sample (depending on what it is.)

2. Assassination (Destruction * Choice): Given the risks of using the sword of destruction, the user should want to minimize it or make it worth it. The Relic of Choice can help him determine the perfect time, place, and target to use it on as well as the impact it may have. Because of the careful consideration of everything, the best word I could find to summarize this was "assassination", for not only will the user be selective on their target, but the crown may even shown him a way to use it on a powerful enemy without losing his life, such as a single weak spot (it's one example Jinn can also help with, but the crown considers everything.)

As for (Creation * Choice) and (Destruction * Knowledge), I didn't have a combination in mind per se. Instead what I have for them are overlaps in each pair. Knowledge is power just as the ability to destroy is. And imagination is ideal for both creation (art) and choice (freedom).

But combinations of all four or even just any two "opposites" would lead to "order", or a balancing force. That's true for not just the balance between Creation and Destruction, but also Knowledge (past) and Choice (future). Hence, if one were to combine the powers of 3 Relics, then--at least at face value--only one would stand out and the other two shall compromise each other.
