oh man PLEASE tell me you've made a animation on this one!!!!!!!
i've messed around with a few Mandelbulb3D parameters (some from this site and others, the rest came with the software) and i rendered 1 yesterday based on this param:

i'm gonna send you a note of what i came up with but i got a few questions to ask as well.

Theres this one which animates up to this point [link] but there is a second one which continues on from this point but I havent posted it yet. I will probably add it to this one and post it to YouTube at some point- will let you know.

yeah you gotta finish that fo' shiggity. i'm trying to figure out how the fractal begins to unfold and everything, is that from the transformations you make or does that kind of adjusting come from the animation side of things when you begin editing it to be animated?

The unfolding happens as you adjust the parameters from each keyframe to the next. So you start with it compact, save it, open it a little save it again(in the animation keyframe window) open it more and rotate it if you like and save it and repeat as much as you like. Then you can do a preview on the right to see how it moves before you actually render the whole thing (That will take a while) I suggest you do small frames in the beginning till you get something you like to render it large... good luck!
