Well, he knows what sex is - it's a great way to manipulate people... a la the bit where he suggests that Misa seduces... someone. Higuchi, I think. As for personal experience? Highly doubtful. I don't think it's even crossed his mind...

I can't remember what exactly it was that inspired that expression, but it was definitely something that someone had said... A rare case of me doing the facial expression BEFORE I drew it, I think!
