Kirk was a rebel in his younger years, Almost got Expelled from high school, was arrested five time. it wasn't till his dad was kill in pirate attack that he decided to better himself so he join Earth Command, there he butt head with Robbie but they would become friends. he first posting was UES Highwind then becoming first officer of the Karyu. in 2124 he transfer to the United earth science division and took command of the SS Discovery, an Discovery class Short range science Vessel.

here our first look at the science uniforms as well as the Science fleet which only has two ships; the Discovery and the Glen, due to the three year war preventing them from Exploring. the Endeavour class is part of joint Military-science project.

and yes the ships name are inspired by star trek Discovery. no there is no spore drive. (there never be one.)
