Khosai Nil is a Regulun from the planet Gellix V. He is a renowned scientist and quantum engineer recruited by the Galactic Core to help develop state of the art weapons and technology and underwent Omni-particle enhancement granting him the ability to manipulate and control highly advanced nanomachines. He then became a field operative under the command of Genesys and goes by the codename Neutralizer.

Technomorph: most of his body is made of intelligent adaptive nanomachines he can manipulate in any way he sees fit. This allows him to morph his body into any kind of weapon or tool and adapt to threats and hostile environments. He can also assimilate surrounding materials to produce more nanomachines to self-heal.

Super-Strength: He possesses considerable strength and durability and is able to lift almost 30tons easily.

Enhanced Reflexes: He has incredible reaction speed, allowing him to dodge and manoeuvre around complex attacks and react instantaneously.

Enhanced Stamina: He is able to function for long periods of time without tiring or straining himself.

Combat Perception: His analytical brain is able to instantly understand an opponent’s method of thinking and fighting and anticipating their moves. Once he understands his enemy’s strategy he is able to find their flaw and weakness and take them down with little effort.

LIMITATIONS

He is able to tackle any subject area no matter how complex it may be. Though he is emotionally detached he has observed and mastered how to interact with others and is verbally skilled. His downfall however is that he pays too much attention to detail and is fixed in opinion and stubborn when confronted.
