I little piece of art work dedicated to one of my favorite legendary pokemon; Raikou! c:I haven't drawn him in a long while and decided to draw him in what he does best!
I really finished this last night but never got around to posting this so here it is now!
I was also experimenting a little but in lineless. So I hope it turned out okay. I'm still a little unsure about it. XD
I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did making it!
