The next in the "you know who should be in smash brothers" series is: One of the original Star Wolf members: Leon Powalski!

Leon Powalski was requested by (necro-instinct)

SPECIAL MOVES==============================

B – LEON'S BLASTER - This move MUST be charged. Like Wolf, Falco and Fox, Leon is equipped with his own blaster side arm. Unlike the others however Leon's Blaster requires that it is fully charged before firing. holding "B" will charge this attack. players are able to move Leon and even jump while charging this attack- similar to when charging the super scope item. one Leon's Blaster is fully charged players can tap "B" to fire the blaster- it's shot moves as fast as Falco's Blaster shot and travels as far as Fox's. when the shot hits a player or item, the laser will deal DMG to them and then break apart transforming into 7 smaller lasers that envelop the thing the initial laser had hit potentially dealing DMG to another player or object standing just beyond what the initial laser had hit. (Leon's laser color is different each time it is fired- when it breaks apart each laser is a different color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple)
DMG: 10% (initial laser) 5% (rainbow lasers)

Side B – STEALTH GRENADE - Leon will "vanish" blending in with his surroundings- a nifty perk for being a chameleon, and at the same time drop a Grenade. depending on which way the direction pad was being held, Leon will appear about 4 steps in the opposite direction the control stick was pressed just before the grenade explodes, this can work great for gaining some distance from aggressive fighters.
DMG: 10%

Down B - SNIPER - If on the ground, Leon will drop to a knee taking out his sniper rifle he takes aim, a straight red laser sight stretches across the screen, releasing "B" Leon fires the Sniper Rifle dealing DMG to anyone in the path of the laser sight- the shot looses DMG % the further it flies/ the more items/opponents it passes through. also the force from the shot will push Leon back, while on the ground, it will cause him to roll backwards in the air it will cause him to be forced backwards- this can be used as a recovery move though, its not very effective. simply tapping "B" will cause Leon to fire the Sniper Rifle. note the sniper shot cannot pass through walls.
DMG: 25% (Close Range/First hit)- 5% (Furthest/Multiple Hits)

Up B - WIDE LOCK - Leon targets players that are above him in a fan-like radius, "locked-on" graphics display over opponents, or even items that are within range, releasing "B" will cause Leon to lash out with his long tongue and grapple to those targets, Leon slashes them with a hidden blade he has dealing slight DMG and good knock back at this point Leon will grapple to the next target, it should be noted however that should a target move too far out of reach the target will be lost and Leon will simply fall to the stage. if no targets are found, Leon will simply lash his tongue upwards and whip it around.
DMG: 4% (Each slash) 3% (each Tongue hit)

Final Smash – PLASMA CANNON - Leon says: "I'll take care of you!" and jumps up just as the Rainbow Delta swoops onto the stage- Leon lands on its wing as teh ship flies off into the distance- other players battle normally. the player controlling Leon should now switch to Wii U Gamepad (That's right folks were going there.) The player playing as Leon is now in control of Leon who is standing on the wing of his ship he has obtained the Plasma Cannon- a powerful weapon pressing "A","B","X" or "Y" on the gamepad will fire a blast from the Plasma Cannon using the control stick, Leon can aim his crosshair at the players on the stage to fire at- however the Rainbow Delta is on auto pilot and will make 3 trips around the stage so Leon doesn't quite have easy targets to pick off- but if he does connect a hit the Plasma Cannon deals high DMG and knock back. Leon can also fire up to 3 Smart Bomb items onto the stage there is a 10% chance that they will be duds however. after its 3 trip Leon back flips off the Rainbow Delta back onto the stage where the Final Smash was activated. The Player with the Wii U Gamepad should return to using one of the standard controllers. (Honestly I don't know how I feel about incorporating the Wii U gamepad but at the same time i thought it would be nifty.)
DMG: 33% (per blast, Normal Smart Bomb DMG applies to Smart Bombs)

Kirby Hat - Kirby gains a hat that resembles Leon's head and gains his Leon's Blaster Ability.

TAUNTS===================================

Taunt 1 – Leon takes out two wicked looking blades and juggles them while saying:"I think I'll torture you for a while!" Putting the blades away Leon enters fighting stance.

Taunt 2 – Leon blends in with the stage and then reappears and says: "Peek-a-boo! Ha-Ha-HA!"

Taunt 3 – "I'll show you!" Leon growls and the proceeds to toss confetti left and right.

OTACON: I don't know about that, but Leon is a chameleon- naturally he is able to blend in whith his surroundings- his suit is even outfitted to blend in with its environment! Leon uses this ability as a first class assassin, able to infiltrate the most secure ares to acquire his target.

SNAKE: Hmf. nothing I haven't dealt with before.

OTACON: True, but i don't think fighting anthropomorphic chameleons are exactly on your resume hu Snake? anyways Leon is one of the original members of "Star Wolf" so Leon isn't exactly know for playing fair or being particularly friendly...

SNAKE: Well I'm not exactly here for making friends.

Fichina Climate Control

Players do battle in the control center of Fichina's Climate Control Center the stage has several platforms on the far left and right, at it's center is the control device. as the stage starts the Climate Control is fully operational. as the battle goes on however it will fail and a terrible blizzard will kick up obscuring the view of the stage and the battle players will have 4 areas in the center to attack to get the center's generator up and running- you will have 1 minute and 30 seconds to re activate it otherwise the generator will overload and explosions will rock the stage dealing DMG to everyone. player swill also have to contend with the sentry bots who will indiscriminately attack all players.
