F.A.N.G. from Street Fighter V. He may be second of the four kings, but he's the #1 Bison fanboy.
When I start a draft for these, I usually use a Ryu spite as reference for height and make an outline from memory. Then I'll actually look at the character for colors, position, and any details I may have forgot. Let me tell you though, as I was working on FANG he just kept getting taller and lankier.
