These characters are the creation of Blaine Daymon. He allowed me to draw andfinish them while he works on their's and other back stories. It was a lot of fun,
and I look forward to the next time. Thanks for the privilege.

You know, in the Static Shock cartoon series, there was a one-off character called Permafrost. This Permafrost looks like she could be an older version of that character.

hay yeah, Permafrost is a character in Static shock, I tried to find another name, but i got dead locked on it and i figured out a way round it. 2 characters can have the same name at the same time if you make their back stories different. you can see this with the 2 Dr. Lights one is a male villain, the other is a female superhero and have very similar powers. check out my page to see all of my comic. blainedaymon.deviantart.com/

also they powers work completely differently. and are on 2 different levels in terms of their abilities. the Static Shock Permafrost is extremely powerful able to effect the weather to a great extent and also has a great deal of wind control along with, but is not completely in control of her powers and can basically use her powers anywhere. My Permafrost: Victoria does not have near that ability except in very certain situations, she also needs take in thermal energy in order to use her powers and have very fine control through years of practice.

Its a shame, I saw very little of the Static Shock series. What I
know of him is through the later Justice League series and his
stint with the Teen Titans comic book. I should pick-up one of the
seasons to check him out, but thanks! The concepts come from
BlaineDaymon, check out their back stories on his page.
