This is the first time I drew this character... Hina Kagiyama from Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith. She's the Stage 2 boss. I actually like her hair c: So I drew her.

She can be annoying at halfway through the stage since she spins around and throws danmaku at you and you're trying to hit her -.-
