You're welcome!
Good luck with researching prices for it, and that's a good idea, I think there is a thread dedicated to that right? (to asking people how much you think your art is worth)
Does your Paint/Image program have a way to make animated gifs? If so, you could do it there. There may be a tutorial out there that tells you how to do that. I use GIMP to animate, and in terms of blinking, winking, smiling, it's not too difficult, so hopefully your program is as simple to use too. (I learned how to thanks to a tutorial too) Best of luck with that! (if you need any help animating it/making it into a animated gif, I might be able to help using GIMP, just let me know! )

Yeah, I did that before I opened up my art shop, so what I did was gathered up the prices people told me they were worth into a list, and tried to find the average. It was a really good way of finding the best price. ^_^
I know you drew it on Paint, but if I actually wondering if you had another image program you use to edit images/add backgrounds or something, that program may have an animation option if you open each frame.drawing as a new layer. But if Iaza works fine for you then don't worry about it.
Oooh, okay I understand. If the movement doesn't involve the whole body, for example, making the chibi wave to you or something, your easiest option is to copy/paste the doll you made and like you said, chop off and redraw the arm(s) you plan to move. (I never realized how creepy that sounds until now. )
For example for this animated gif I made, [link] I drew the first frame in Paint, copy pasted it onto a new .png file in Paint and erased or altered the eyes, erased and moved the hand in other frame/copy-pasted images, then put all the frames together into an animated gif on GIMP. (so it's basically the same on Iaza you would upload the first frame (your doll here) and then add/upload the altered copy/pasted frames along with it to make the animated gif. )
If that doesn't make much sense, I think I do have the files of each frame from when I made that animated gif, I could show you what I did in screenshots, if it helps.
If it's a whole body movement (for example, running or jumping) that would require a whole new drawing (though you can work off of the first drawing, comparing/contrasting the length of arms, legs, and what position the body should be in)
Hope this helps!
