I've got a red 060-EA "Dolphin" but the traincars are all blue.

They were usually privately-owned by very wealthy people who owned racehorses.
There was even one wealthy gentleman in the UK who would charter a train consisting of one horsebox, one carriage and one luggage van to pick up his son from boarding school at the end of each term!
(presumably he had a horse, too)
