Heh.
That was an obvious paralelysm after I saw Rock Of Ages. It was surprisingly good. Good old fun and awesome old music, and I think Tom Cruise has been kind of brave to make a role like this... and believe me, he's a ton of fun!!! I never cared a lot about him as an actor, but, man, he was good!
Then, I don't know if I'm the only one that, hearing about Tom Cruise being a glam-rock singer of the '80, thought... "Lestat!!!" 0.o
Well, he doesn't look like Lestat, of course, he has become too much muscular (and dark haired), but Cruise is still my movie-version Lestat. And in the Dead or Alive part he has some poses that remind me of him. And I liked his outfit.
Last but not least, thanks for making us know what Lestat's rockstar voice sounds like!
