Love the colors !! Really nice technique you've got there ! I love anime and this is a great drawing! The highlights in the hair is also very nice ! Although I think the background could use a little work !!! The eyes are simply magnifique ! I oike the message this iage sends. It looks like Shinku , in her rose garden, is daydreaming about love. I like the rose on her head , nice details and colors ! I would like to see more of this character ! She is very pretty and unique !! Her smile is simple yet Chick !! You really should keep up the good work !! It is a very nice drawing !!!

the positive things:

the rose,the smile and the eyes are really cute!

and also, the background needs fixing just a little bit.....

the negative things:

Love the colors, really cute. It just looks so nice and friendly, the light effects are great and the shading is good, too. I think the eye 'dots' could have been done better, but overall the picture looks great. I really love her expression, it looks so soft and friendly.

I wish the eyes would look a bit more alive, but overall the picture is really good. It's not that original, but pictures don't always have to be original. This is a wonderful little deviation and I just feel happy looking at it.

I absolutely love this picture!
The colors go well together! The colors really appeal to me and they amaze me!
The shading is also very good!
Some of the lines get wobbly but that isn't much of a problem. ^^
Her hair is what really wows me. I know nothing about this character but all I can say seeing how you drew her is that she is very cute! > w <
The way her eyes are drawn looks like she's listening to someone talking to her and is very happy to be near that to me though.
All in all this is a very cute drawing. ^^

THIS IS REALLY GOOD if i must say... I love the media you used, it gave a really cool, refreshing look to the drawing. However, there are some parts that are not really clear in this artwork, for example, the neck area:
It's difficult to tell whether its a collar or a bow,or if it is two separate pieces of clothing. The colours were too close to distinguish the difference. So try using more shadows and highlights so you can clearly distinguish one object from another and to give it a more realistic look. I must admit, Anime usually does not possess a lot of shadow, (especially this style of anime) but even so, shadows and highlights are very important. The hair, you did a good job, but the face and the rest of the girl has no shadows or highlights whatsoever, so it wasn't effectively bringing out the illusion of the bright, sparkly scene you tried to portrait. Photoshop doesn't always do a good job at creating those effects especially on a 2D drawing, so you have to take it upon yourself to create those effects yourself by hand. But all in all, a very eye-catching piece, and i hope to see more from you soon!

What I like most is her innocent looking face and her hair :]

Anyways, the colors you used do blend well together that i can almost see a summer-autumn season theme~
The lines are quite neat and the details, although simple are cute ~

Though I notice you can darken the shadows more so the character can pop out even better or add more highlights (to her hair).
Maybe a little blush in her cheeks will make her cuter? (well, she is cute as she is now x3)

Overall I can see the effort in your work! Coloring with markers could be hard ! One has to control the flow of the marker's ink, which in your case, you have minimal to none obvious colors that exceeded the lines. Thus, it came out nice in the end <3

This is quite an amazing piece of art,I must say~All in all,the colors you used were great.You did a well color balance out of it.The shadings on the hair look really appropriate,same goes for the lighting.Yet alone you didn't put much shadow on her face,which loses its impact.The background looks great though,despite its simplicity.

Again,this is a great work of art but I do suggest that you add more shadows in certain areas and highlight parts that needs to be highlighted as well.

Just keep on practicing and trying new techniques and styles,that way,you can enhance your skills greater than you imagine.

I really like this, it's very sweet and cute. It's adorable, really.
The character herself is just sugaaaar.

The line-less bangs are very elegant in my opinion, I always liked that subtle look. The lighting effect you put on this piece of art is just precious, but I it does have me wondering because the eyes are sharper and seems the lighting of the entire piece doesn't affect them. I see the pinkish glow in the eyes but the whites are as white can be among all the pink glow. This is a very nice piece of art! The colors look fabulous against the background, and you did a very, very nice job on the persons eyes - there's enough shading there and detail to make them look at least semi realistic without overloading you with unneccessary details like some manga/anime drawers do.

I don't like the pose, though. It's weird to stop right at the neck without being able to see the shoulders well, which would have been nice and a bit more appreciated. I do like, however, the hair. You put just enough shading and detail into it to make it look nice, but again, you didn't overwhelm us.

# that's a really cute picture, I'm a huge fan of the colors you chose! I'm not really into pink generally, but in combination with the black clothes and her blond hair it looks awesome! The blue eyes are a nice contrast to the otherwise warm coloring.
