sketched with pencil and then scanned, line art was drawn in photoshop and then i colored it using the lasso tool and the paint bucket tool, with some gradient here and there.its link standing on the rocks of death mountain/hyrule field with the silhouette of the castle in the background in twilight.
i added the 'mist' last second as an experiment but i gave it some good contrast so i left it; i do still have the 'clear' version though.
this will be a print at ndk probably. i want to color it traditionally as well because i do better with my pencils and whatnot.

i played the game for some inspiration; at night its really neat to look at hyrule castle ^^

O.O I love Okami! It may be my favorite game ever. Are you playing it on the ps2 or the Wii? (I own both lol) but if you're playing it on the Wii, make sure you look up the ps2 ending, because the Wii verison leaves a little out. ^_~

im not sure my ps2 works anymore...
i suppose i could still grab that version and play it on the ps3 (i think its mostly backwards compatible)
its a fun game, i am still disappointed that i JUST NOW got around to playing it; it came out like years ago O.o

i IS weird that i haven't played it yet! i was so excited when my sister first told me about it (like a year before it came out) and i followed it like i'd follow any Zelda game. then when it came out everyone else had the money to buy it and proceeded to tell me how awesome it was and how much i was missing out, i guess i got complacent about it lol

Have you heard of OkamiDen? That's the sequal to Okami. It's out right now but it's only for the DS. I have the game and it is really good. I don't want to spoil it for you but just another game you can try.

You know the first thing I noticed was the wolf staring at the castle... I didn't notice the wolf's colors yet... and the first thought to my mind was: "Fell!" then I saw the colors. lol.
