First of all, this is a meme, so It cant be your friends artwork, given that there is no originality.

I just painted this, with no reference to anything but the meme template. However, although I highly doubt it, It is possible that your friend may have also made a similar piece. Im not trying to start an argument, but you gotta understand how annoying it can be to get falsely accused of stealing.
