Rule 1: When I say spin-off I mean their own solo comic book title, not a movie spin-off like Venom or a TV series.
Rule 2: You are allowed to have characters from comic based on other meadie like movies and video games as long a you thing that character deserves a comic rather than a diffrent forme of meadia.
Rule 3: It has to be an on going title so if the character you pick has already had a comic with there name on it then they are allowed on your list.
