I've always wanted to see a sequel series to the TMNT franchise in the same vein as Batman Beyond or The Dark Knight Returns, following a new generation of Ninja Turtles facing new threats. This has gone throw several versions over the last eight years but this one my favourite.

It takes place in a world where the amount of mutant is so vast that the world in now on the brink of war between humans and mutants, a war that could end in total annihilation, mutants are so comment that prices for non-mutated animals has gone up ever since. So, to prevent the war, the government of the world have divided the different sections like in the Hunger Games, between humans and mutant. But some groups don't want to live of the same plant as one another and radicalism groups start cropping up with the aim of uniting the world under one roof and one species.

The story start when an female of Asian detective who is hired to investigate the murder of an entire Asian family, with the help a as police robot who is like a cross between Robocop and Baymax, we then flash back to when the Asian family (who run a chinses restaurant) find an egg in an alleyway that hatches and revels a small baby soft shell turtle mutant inside, the family adopt it and call it Rand after Ayn Rand. Rand's human brothers and sister teach her martial arts while her human parents teach her coulter and intellectualism, her family also teacher her about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles who the stories of the bravery. When Rand is sixteen years old, she comes home to find her whole family dead, she then find out that the people who did it a group of men in place who world for a secret organisation who are hell dent on destroying all mutants, she also find out that they are all not only exact copies of each other but they are also strange plant creatures who can regenerate cut-off leams. She goes on the run and end up joining a different radicles group made up of mutants who want to destroy human civilisation. the group is led by a Komodo Dragon mutant with a robotic hand and is also made up of other hyle advanced mutants.

Rand ends up meeting some new friends and the other future Ninja Turtles, a box turtle mutant who is a blind swords man like Zatōichi, a sea turtle mutant who is courtly hippy like Shaggy, who is all about nature and spiritualism and a Galapagos tortoise who is a big friendly giant who while loves to smash thing, is all a big lovable teddy bear.

The four a loyal to the Komodo Dragon mutant but then find out his awful secret, he is working for a capitalist company who makes the police robot who are all models on the robot Chrome Dome, along with the clone plant organisation. The evil head executive (who is like a cross between David Xanatos and Elliot Carver) has teamed up with both the mutant side and the anti-mutant (along with creating the plant people) to start tensions in both sides and beginning the human mutant war so he can profit from it by selling weapons do both side and profiting from the news coverage of it.

With the help of the Asian detective woman and the police robot who has gone rough, they team turn against their leader and the other two and being inspired by the stories of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, they decide to defend fight against injustice the prevent the war between man and mutant. They then meet up with an old wise female owl mutant sage who teaches them do become the ultimate fighters and become their version of Splinter. The other three turtles get new names, the blind one is Orwell (after George Orwell, the hippy is called Huxley (after Aldous Huxley) and giant is called Kafka (after Franz Kafka)

Together they face off against not only the mutant armies the evil capitalists, but evil spirits and demons from Asian mythology like yoki, demon warriors, giant samurai status (like Daimajin) and evil taksha.
