I really like this one - although there's something slightly odd with the balance for me. Maybe if there was a little gap between her and the door in the background, I'm not sure.
Great expression and lighting though, really good, I really like the colour and darker contrast.

Well, not really constructive - it's just one of those things that you only notice after you've taken the photo and you're sitting at your PC.
I'm a good one for leaving things hanging out of people's heads in the background, and not noticing at the time.
Yours is way more subtle than that so I'm just being picky
