1. What is your full name? Do you have a nickname?

3. Where were you born? Where do you live now? Are you patriotic?

I was born in Peoria, Illinois, and lived there untill I was about 16 and I moved to live with my Mother in McLean, Illinois. I worked for the Railroad for a time and got drafted in '41, got out and went back to the Railroad and I currently live in Bloomington, Illinois. I'd like to think so, I served in WWII and I just got back from a tour in Korea with the USAF. Just doing my duty, and the pay doesn't hurt.

4. Who are/were your parents? (Names, occupations, personalities, etc.)

Micheal Connely is my Father, a great man by my measure, he did what he had to do in order to support my sibling after he and my mother divorced on good terms in '31. Was a vet of the Great War and he tries not to show it, but it does bother him.
Elaine Bryant is my mother, she took the new last name after she re-married my Step-Father Ronald, another Vet of the Great War, Marines. He doesn't talk about it too much. Both are hard workers and again, they did what they had to in order to keep us fed, I pitched in when I was old enough and got my job shoveling coal on C&A Freights. They all get along to this day and are still friends.

5. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?

Well, I'm the oldest of 4. My brother Sean, well he is certainly egocentric, but it helps with his job, take a listen to the Cobs games on WGN Radio outta Chicago, you'll see what I mean. My Sister Megan is a hot head but still a general sweetheart, she's going to school right now, tho for what escapes me at the moment.... And then there is my half brother Jacob, He's also in college on a sport scholarship for Football. Keeps saying he's gonna play for the Bears.
