Oh my cow. My jaw literally dropped when I saw this. Oh my cow. I LOVE this! How supremely AWESOME! That is BEAUTIFUL! The clouds, water, and sky are wonderful! The way the light hits the city is simply AMAZING! I dislike how dark the shadows get at the bottom, and how the clouds look a little too bright in one area, though an image of this varying tonal range would need something like HDR (You can ignore that). But truly it is GREAT! So expansive and wonderful! The title I do not dislike, though I think it is too simple. It looks to me as though it is just a statement of the black and white of what is in the picture. However, it is fun to view the city as the "ocean" and the water as the "city."

WoOoOoOoOW. I love love love the lighting. The light is showing on certain parts of the buildings and such. It looks like it was painted. It's quite beautiful. Sorry for all the um extra emphasis. That's probably annoying haha!
But it had to be done! <3

A really awesome composition. I like it very much, with the contrast between the blue of the sea and the dark of the city. And I just love how that green roof stands out
