Description
This is the character I've use for my glow-effects tutorial - [link]At the time, I want to make a character that had glows everywhere on her body, so I though I make a futuristic shark character named Kimimi. The green glows part on her body help her see in the dark depths of the ocean. And her gloves and boots are made of a material that fit prefectly to her body like a 2nd layer of skin.
Now, I wasn't planning on putting in a water background, which is why her hair isn't floating around, but I wanted a background to fit her personality, so I had to so with this. So please, DO NOT CRITIQUE THE HAIR! OK? 0__-
Anyways, this took about 6-8 hours PhotoShop time.
