Well, the original, was done TOS style. So, the "Solo" version, would have to be earlier in the timeline ( "The Cage" era of TOS).

Β I must admit that my '2370s' remark was based on ILM sneaking a certain Correlian freighter into the background of the Battle over Earth that opens up FIRST CONTACT; I'm glad to see you share my conviction that the best possible registry number for that sort of vessel would be -1138 (OF COURSE!), though my own mental image is of NX-1138 (to help explain why it's a one-off).
