Description
Apologies to those that have noticed a trend at present in my work. That is my seeming endless obsession with photographing Wastwater Lake in the Wasdale Valley,in Cumbria. the place for me is pure heaven, somewhere I have dreamed of living close too for many a year. Now I have achieved my dream and Dawn and I moved back from New Zealand about 10 months ago now, and are living approximately 7 miles from the waters edge. This would not have been possible without the love and support of Dawn, so a big thank you to her.
Hence on the rare moments we are not doing the house up, I escape with my camera to the placeΒ that drew me back from the other side of the world. My spiritual home, the Wasdale Valley, truly paradise on earth.
I do promise to venture further afield when time allows, and broaden my photographic horizons for you all. Thank you so much for viewing this work, its really appreciated.
Simon

No need to apologise, Simon...I agree that it's the most beautiful and inspirational of the Lakes and I am so envious of your being able to see it in all its moods...wonderful.Β
