And I agree with you, Thor's comics is a great hero - It turns out that in the comics, when it first appeared, Thor proved to be very powerful, but over time he seems to have weakened-- but there is an explanation for this in Avengers # 149, he reveals that he must restrain himself in battles not to kill his opponents, nor to embarrass his friends, since he is a God.Β The one in the movies eventually turned out it was more like the Marvel Hercules comics, more braggart .The Russo brothers have made the character more interesting, despite his more veined comic in Ragnarok, and that he had stayed that way in Endgame must have been purposeful, weakening him so that he would not solve everything, because in Infinite War Thor almost killed Thanos. I believe that everything was planned by Marvel Studios.
