Volt is a very calm and caring Pikachu that likes to make friends with everyone he knows. He doesn't really like talking about how he got his scar as it's rather embarrassing to him but he can tell you if you really want him to know.

I chose the colour blue for his eyes as I like that colour
His lightning-bolt-shaped electric sacks and ears tips are just there for creativity and uniqueness
The bolt's on his arms are (supposed to) resemble the lightning-bolt that Bolt has in the movie Bolt as I like that movie
