Description
A commission for Magentawolf on FA. First time painting a bar or even an interior I think, at least for as far as I can remember. Had fun with it and I'm pretty happy with the outcome! Makes me thirsty for a drink ;D.Characters Β© their owners.

There's a pretty neat down-to-Earth mood here, and I like the diversity of furries depicted (a wolf, a bunny, a badger, & a white-tailed deer).Β Β

I'm fascinated by how you drew that bunnywolf. He stands out so much while still matching the surroundings. Is that some special technique or just pure experience?
It's also impressive how the shapes like the head look sculpted, while the fur and hair still have the painterly feel. Β I'm impressed by this for sure.

this is really rad oh man, i can't get over how well the characters fit into the scene! like it's so hard to get the background to look like it's part of where the characters are but here everything is seamless and the lighting and style is all consistent

I usually spend about as much time on the characters as I do on the background, and I don't think this piece was much different in that regard
I didn't save any progress steps of this. I do have stream recordings but I'd have to filter through and edit them before I upload them. Might do that later and share it on my Patreon some time!
