A truly beautiful creature with a delightful design. It's not quite like anything else I've seen. (Admittedly, my tired brain did go "PokΓ©mon!" when I saw the thumbnail, but that impression evaporated instantly when I saw the full view.)
The frost and ice are gorgeous, too. It's a very simple way of demonstrating the creature's ice elemental nature, but very effective.
