Ah man, I kinda miss the Hetalia Fandom!
I used to love this manga so, so much a few years ago.
Especially the newest manga was so enjoyable and funny,
so I just reread the three volumes and man, those feels are real.
I still really love these two and it was really nice to draw them again.
My last drawing of them is so old, so I'm pretty rusty, haha.
Tbh I really like seeing them in uniform, so I tried to draw those
pretty accurate (with a bit freedom ofc, since I drew
them without looking at references.)

I really like your picture but Italy's hand looks a bit small and the clothes on his arm look like it's floating in midair. Germany's face looks proportional but a bit too much of the head is showing past the ear. I would try using a reference photo to see where everything is and how it would affect things such as how their faces would look. Overall, you did a very nice job on this such as the shading looks okay and the colors look nice together.
Sorry if this sounded rude but I'm just pointing out things you could change. I want you to improve.

wrong with the perspective after I added his hat.
I thought it wasn't that important so I didn't correct it (^_^
