Description
You should vaguely recognize this character. He use to be Isaac, one of my specialists. I reinvented this OC with a new name, a slightly altered palette, curly hair instead of spiky and an all around new persona.

Fact 1: Israel is a sorcerer/mage in training. He primarily harnesses the power of stones, minerals, gems and crystals. His mother (Amaris Griffin) is a mortal and his father (Jeremiah Griffin) is a warlock. They met on Earth, but moved to the Eland Estate on Saphira, where Israel and his four siblings were born. Israel also has a mortal half brother (whom a divorced Amaris was taking care of before she met and fell in love with Jeremiah).

Fact 2: He and Carme have been best friends since childhood, both coming from the same realm, only Israel lives in the Eland Estate (a region on Saphira that was not effected by the apocalyptic ice age which altered the climate of the realm - to be explained later). They grew up together and their parents are good friends with each other.

Fact 3: Israel has unrequited love for Carme, and due to close the relationship they have, he is stuck in the friend zone and she doesn't see that he really wants something more. He isn't confident enough to step forward and say something. It also doesn't help that Carme is completely oblivious to his awkward flirty antics.

Fact 4: Outside of practicing magic, Israel is an artist and also aspires to be a famous actor/director one day. His bonded pixie, Starlet (pixie of talent) acts as his mentor in this process (yes, he has a bonded pixie). She encourages him to go after what he wants, and improve his overall confidence. He has it, but sometimes has a hard time showing it. When it comes to his craft though, Isreal is clear, precise and expressive.

Fact 5: Israel majored in Grimoire Studies as a novice charmcaster and minored in the Combatant Program as a warrior his first year at MU. As a warrior, he fights with a shield, but he prefers using magic over anything, seeing as that is where he is strongest. As a fighter, he is proficient but not advanced.

Fact 6: His eye-color is totally natural. When I first designed this character, I mentioned that he wore contacts, but not anymore! He is most known for his unusual eye color.

Fact 7: He is an awful liar and becomes awkward in uncomfortable situations. Israel also has a guilty conscience so it's very easy to tell when something's amiss or if he's trying to hide anything. He can also be a bit clumsy and discombobulated when stressed out. Israel tends to be "in his feelings" a lot when alone. Maybe it's an artist thing.

Fact 8: I purposely redesigned him to appear like a lean, high school boy, even though he's within the same age bracket as everyone else. Out of the guys I am introducing at the moment, he is the youngest.
