Looking at the girl that had fainted in his hand reminded him of the fragility of human life and thats when it hit him.

Lillie most likely hadn't eaten for the two days while she was stuck down there and he felt like hitting himself for not realising.

'He was supposed to save this girl, not kill her'

Elios looked apologetic at her now unconcious in his cupped hands and rose up from the grass. It was time to get her to safety at last, away from Gabriel.
Elios let his wings carry them through the night sky, the starlight shined brightly on his white hair and wings.
As he flew he made sure to keep Lillie as safely as possibly in his hands, he wasnt used to flying with humans as a passenger.

As hours passed Lillies tired eyes tried to open letting dim light cover her body.
She was too weak to carry herself up from wherever she lied down. In fact the surface was awfully soft like wool beneath her, way better than that hard floor in the cellar.
She tried to recollect her thoughts and what had happened before she fell asleep, but once again her stomach interrupted her and she let out a sigh clutching her stomach.

Throughout her hunger a sudden familiar voice echoed around her

"Awake are we?"

Lillie tried to raise herself up from her soft sleeping spot, there wasnt too bright in the room it looked like someone had covered the curtains on the windows for it to be like that.
The familiar voice once spoke again
"Youre probably hungry, im pretty sure you fell unconcious when we escaped"

The voice got a little louder as the figure approached her and thats when she remembered her incident with Elios and how he rescued her from the prison cell.

He looked over Lillies frame gently "Dont you want some food? I can bring you some water too or do you want wine?"
He put his finger on his lip and fell deep in thought " No wait...Youre 6 arent you? I dont think kids can drink that stuff"
He crossed his arms and Lillie looked up at him a bit surprised not sure if she should correct him or not.
"Or maybe they could? No...I have to check this up..." he continued.

Lillie was looking down at her hands, she was under a soft white blanket that seemed pretty big compared to her, but it was no doubt human sized.
"Uhm..." Lillie uttered and clutched her hands together
"D-Do you have something...warm?" She keept looking down warming her body as much as she could.
She wasnt sure of all this good hospitality she recieved from him was and what his true intentions were, but now she was too hungry to think to much about it. That would be a problem for future Lillie to handle.

Elios thoughts shattered as Lillie finally spoke up and he looked at her " Something warm? Sure!"
He didnt take much time anymore to stand around so instead he made his way to the door
" I will be back in...five or ten minutes? Yeah something like that, dont mess around too much "
The door closed shut at his final remark as he went to go get Lillies first meal in ages.

Lillie looked at the door and waited until it was completely shut so she was sure she was alone.
She was still feeling like she had no energy left, but she tried to take time to look around this place and possibly plan an escape route if for the worst.
The place she was in however was exactly what she would imagine an angel like Elios to live in. Angels were so elegant about everything, their looks, their home, their food.
Even the way they walked was considered elegance at its purest.

At the end of the enormous room was a gigantic globus. Even Elios would somehow look small compared to it. Honestly Elios himself looked doll sized when compared to the sheer size of this room as the roof was so high up.
The place itself had a mixture of blue and white.
She started to wonder if Elios too held parties like Gabriel does.
Gabriel held parties almost every week and sometimes they could go on for days.
She was also familiar with alcohol as Gabriel could be quite the drinker and also a huge womanizer.
It was often she could see him with other women, but never had he abonded her like this.
He always took time to tell Lillie that she was the number one girl in his heart and that always made her forget her fears of about being left in the dark.

Lillie let out a sigh at the thought of those times.
Lillie herself was a child of course even in Gabriels eyes so they did not have a romantic relationship, but more of a parent and child relationship.
But before that...She knew she had two parents before Gabriel took her in his care.
She was only two when Gabriel had adopted her and ever since then she had only known his love.
She could not remember her parents at all, Gabriel told her that they were wile creatures and only wished to harm her.
So that was what Lillie chose to believe, Gabriel would never lie to her and that was the truth she lived by even now.

Lost in thought about Gabriel she was interrupted with Elios entering the room again and somehow his hands were full of...drinks?
He looked like he was trying to be as careful as possible holding them but she could tell he had already spilled some of the contents.
" okay so...I didnt not know what sort of drink you wanted and what you like so..."
He started putting them all down one after one and there were a total of six drinks put on the white table that stood very close to the place she had her wool bed on.
All the drinks were different according to Elios
" so this one is plain water...Oh this is hot cocoa! And here is coffee....Hmm but maybe kids dont drink that.."
He kept going on about the drinks until he put down a plate of hot food that made Lillies mouth start watering and a lousy smile formed on her face.
Was she finally getting some food to eat?
Lillies hand reached out despite it looking like it was miles away.
She lifted herself up from the bed and started taking small steps towards the table, but she couldnt reach over to it.
Well thats where Elios came in and lifted her up unexpectedly.
" Oh yeah sorry I should probably help you arou-"
As Elios had let Lillie down she instantly rushed over to the hot meal set aside for her.
She looked at her hands and realised she had no fork or a knife to use.
The meal was a grilled chicken that smelled heavenly and some vegetables put aside as well.
Lillie didnt care anymore and just lifted this whole cut up brocolli with her bare hands and took the biggest bite she had ever taken before tasting the delicious flavour.
She sunk neatly on the dinner plate and ate at much as she could while Elios looked at her surprised at how she just had instantly jumped on the food before her.
But he understood well how hungry she was.
He did wish that he somehow would be able to give her a bath before with how dirty she was, but that could come later for her.
Some fresh clothes would be nice too if he had any her size.
He put his hand on his cheek and just let his eyes follow the starved human on the plate.
Elios eyes widened a little bit and smacked himself for the thoughts he had in mind seeing her now.

Elios did realise that with the cups all being much too big for her would be a problem, but it didnt seem like Lillie found that a problem at all as she was already trying to climb up on one of the cups
"Ahh Careful with that!"
Elios scurried over to her and separated her from the cup before anything bad could happen.
He held the dirtied child in his hands " I should probably have gotten...something smaller..." he looked down on the child who most likely had the time of her life ruined now
"Dont you think...?"

Lillie did not want to complain at the angel who had given her all this food when she needed it the most.
But she had to admit she was mighty thirsty so some water would be nice right now.
Elios ran out of the room with Lillie in hand and she quickly gripped a part of his sleeve as quick as she could and let the wind carry her long hair.
Where was Elios going? She wanted her six different drinks right now!
But at least she got a nice quick trip through this place he lived which seemed to resemble a big castle as well. Did all angels posses some gigantic place for themselves?

Elios entered the kitchen and left Lillie on a counter as he rambled through various items in some shelves.
Lillie took her time to look around here as well, she would most likely need it for a near future.
"Ah here we go!"
Elios ran up to Lillie and showed her something that left quite the impression on her.

Elios just remembered these tiny and awfully convenient cups he had stored away.
They were close to Lillies height to so with these she could have a sip of drink quite easily.
" You can use these "
He scooped up Lillie with his free hand and held the cups in the other hand.
Lillie was once again left surprised as she was picked up just like that, but well she had to get used to it by now.
As Elios ran back she keept looking at the cups he carried as well. Sure they were very handy but it also looked very convenient for him to have these.
Maybe angels just...had these sort of stuff in their homes.

With Lillies short trip she noticed that althought this place was huge, it seemed quite empty compared to how Gabriel lived with so many servants and quests all the time.
