Why is Ozai so difficult to draw? And why do my drawings all come out so cartoony?

Hard to believe, but this took three hours to do
Made using prismacolour markers,felt pen and coloured pencils

I guess so..... I have tried drawing more girls but, they all came out kinda not that good like horrible!! aah!
Ya my friend and me are the oppisite she draws girls better but, she has a hard time drawing guys. ya it's kinda werid!
