I would use GIMP because it's the better program, but my computer won't run it.

i also have a dell but since gimp will not install on your computer, i think there is another program thats out there that is just like gimp, free as well. would you you like for me to look for a program for you?

GIMP will install, it just won't turn on but it would be very nice of you to do that for me.

i just remembered in my class when my teacher installed gimp to the dell computers we have in class, she had same problems with it as well. she then reinstalled gimp on them and it worked fine. i wonder if that would fix your problem.

and if it doesn't i found you two other art program that are free!

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling like 3 times it didn't work any better any of the times, unfortunatly. But I'll check out those. Thanks
