Description
Both are princes and candidates as the next Demon King. Both are electric-affinity demons. Both have an older brother (En and Zeon). And both entered the first chapter in their birthday suits.
So many characters!!
I tried using a more anime-style, otherwise colouring would never finish. I'm not comfortable with this many characters too, so there's quite a lot of inconsistencies and mistakes.

Oh, Nice picture by the way. It would be nice to see someone draw up Kiyo&Zatch fighting Oga&Beezlebub. My money is on Zatch and Kiyo^^

Beezlebub is a total knock off of the "Gash Bell" manga.

Zatch-Aiming to become a kind king, and is actually the prince of the mamodo world, just Like ZEON.
Beezlebub-Is a prince of the demo world. Wants to become king, through blood right.
...
Ways the power of the demons are controlled. Both are through the humans.
One is by the book which contains spells.
The other by a symbol on the hand, which controls the power...
Really, there isn't a difference between these mangas.
Raiku should get credit for both of these mangas, only if he created Gash Bell.

Both of them are Devil-Baby mangas. The idea is not new, but Gash Bell was the probably one of the earliest and one of the most successful ones to run with that idea.
There are differences between them.
GashBell: Battle manga to determine demon king.
Beelzebub: Comedy about a demon child and his outrageous owner, as well as the comedy-romance and antics of the deliquents.
GashBell is a typical shonen manga along the lines of One Piece and Naruto, while Beelzebub is more like Gintama with ridiculous comedic short stories with the occasional serious battle vibe.
If you aren't already reading, I encourage you to give Beelzebub a try, it's quite funny really.

I skipped like 60 or so chapters when I found out how Oga could use Beezlebub's powers. So, I know most of the manga...But no matter how many times I look at it, this manga always reminds me of Zatch Bell...Shoot, both kids can shoot lightning

Thank you! Yep, Zatch Bell was one of the best! I read the whole manga again while I was doing this, and Zatch was more awesome than I remembered!
Beelzebub is a very funny show, you should watch it sometime! It's a comedy with a random demon theme tacked on to it! The manga might be funnier though, since some jokes dun transfer to anime very well!!
