Description
I came across this one and the old picture of Susan and Lynn together, so I assume I took them around the same time. I can’t be for sure, but this might actually have been the first time I drew these characters in the new art style. Jesse wasn’t quite Jesse yet, still retaining pretty much the same design as the weird pseudo mascot character he had been before. I still hadn’t figured out how Nancy’s snout should look yet, and Rosa was a much younger character, closer in age to Susan rather than being 10 years older. Another interesting point, early versions of characters who would eventually go on to become Margaret and Janice are also present.
