You have used a style of art which not alot of people touch: Chibi.
Chibi is sorta like manga, except The heads tend to be ALOT bigger than the body, allowing the creator to focus in facial details.
Overall, id say this is pretty good, even when you didn't know that you used a very infamous art style

I think one of the reason's why you thought she looked weird with the eyebrows is that old Chica in FNAF2 doesn't actually have them. Love the way you have used colour here. Great job
