Girl is Mai Taniyama, from the anime/manga/novels titled "Ghost Hunt".

Manga is by Shino Inada, the picture is from a thank you page in the back of volume 9. I cleaned the lines, and I also reconstructed some of the background where there had been words. Then I colored and played with it. I just loved the dress she is wearing in this - Mai doesn't wear enough dresses. She's not really a tomboy, just practical.
