This is for since she's drawn stuff for me in the past. Thanks! :DAnyway, it's Toph and Winnie Beatles' original character, Winnie Beatles, cosplaying at Otakon! Toph's cosplaying as a Fire Nation citizen, and Winnie is cosplaying as Toph, circa season 2. In hindsight, Toph mocking your OC is kind of an obnoxious gift art, but we all know that Toph can be a jerk sometimes!
Heheh, I'm probably the only one amused by this. I was originally going to put a screencap of the show behind them, but I think this is funnier!

Ha, good point! If I wanted to be smart-alecky, I'd say Toph could tell the same way she was able to grab clothes (her size!) off the clothesline in "The Headband".
