Description
I wanted to go for a more painterly coloring style for this, but clearly I'm no good at it. And yet it took so long! It's almost tempting to start over and recolor it in a different style, but it seems the longer I spend on these things the less I like them. The artist version of "familiarity breeds contempt"?

And I do realize that cup phones don't actually work when the string isn't taut, not to mention they're standing close enough that they could just, like, talk to each other. But with the fancy Selecao cell phones being such a main part of Eden of the East, I thought low-tech cup phones would be cute.
